So I know at least two people read this thingamabob, so that encourages me to continue documenting my adventure.
The last two days have been good and also difficult. We went through First Aid/Cpr training yesterday. I originally didn't want to do it because I had just been certified last June. But the class was actually interesting and I realized that the info I learned last year was very out of date, so it was worthwhile.
The team leader, Katie has been sick yesterday and today. This is hard because we really, as a team, haven't done the team building/bonding things that other teams have been doing and also we are left in the dark about a lot of activities. We are managing, though. We conducted the morning meeting this morning when nobody expected us to pull through. It has been a hard adjustment getting with my team and realizing that these are the people I will be living and working with for the next nine months. I'm trying to control my frustration, though. But don't be suprised if I give you a call in the middle of the night to vent.
I got the vacation schedule yesterday. I will have a four day weekend over Easter weekend and I will have a full week off the last part of May/first part of June. I do not know where in the country I will be at those times, but if you would like to see me, please send your money donations to the "Jenna wants to go home and doesn't have the money for a plane ticket cause she's poor" fund. I need to go meet with my team now and do a scavenger hunt around Sacramento. Take care, friends!

Americorps sounds interesting. I would guess that a lot more people read your blog than you think!
Good Luck,
John
Thanks John! I figured it would be just the people I told about this thing would read it. Americorps is a great organization and if you want more info, there is a link in stuff to check out section.
