friday favorites: jenna's writin' friends

If you are not reading this directly from my blog but from the notes section on facebook, I invite you to click over to my blog at www.heyitsjennasblog.blogspot.com to see the layout and what I will be addressing in this post.

I love reading blogs that my friends write. For many of my friends and acquaintances, this is how I keep up to date on their lives and going-ons. I think that it's a more personal type of stalking than what you can do on facebook because this is coming from them in whatever form they choose.

If you look to the right side of this blog you'll see a column with the heading "hey! it's some blogs that i read!" I list blogs here for three reasons:

1. so I can entice my readers to check them out and enjoy reading them along with me
2. to support my friends and
3. whenever any of them posts something new I can read it from there instead of going to the blogs individually and finding out that they haven't posted anything in over a year.

I am confident that everyone who reads this blog does not know everyone on my blog list. They range from life-long friends to college friends to former co-workers and everyone in between. So on this post I will introduce you to four of these folks so that you can know them better and maybe check out what they are writin'

Stephanie: Fat Kid At Heart This is written by a gal that I have known since our days as little Girl Scouts. She's funny, sweet and a kick-in-the-pants good time. She is documenting her journey in becoming fit for life as well as other events in her life that she feels like sharing.

Kiley: K.wolverine I met Kiley when we were in children's plays in Sandy. She is one of the most originally funny people I know and has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor just like or better than mine. She is now living in NYC and our contacts have been few and far between, but I still love reading about her adventures. She hasn't written much this year, but what she does write is gold.

Kate: Your Green Guide: with a little on the side Kate was a support team leader with me in A-Corps. She is sweet, upbeat and very dedicated to service and saving the environment. In this blog she writes about current events in the environment and tips and tricks to make your life greener. She is a great gal and truly a do-gooder for life!

Erika: is that a stoplight? i guess i'm not in la center anymore! I met Erika as a camp counselor and know her by the name Starla. After college she moved to NYC and lives the true New York experience. She sees plays and musicals, goes to cute cafes and lives a pretty hip life. She recently got engaged and I am excited to read about her further adventures.

That's it for today. Until next time, do yourself a solid and check out these gals and their writin's and musin's on life.
