Today I share with you the rest of my friends who write their own blogs that I read regularly. If you'd like to check them out you can click on their name below or just look to the right of this blog and see them under the section "hey! it's some blogs i read!"
Nicky O: The Journey of Photographic Vision Nicky O. is one of my dear friends from high school and is one of my "drama girls." After high school she joined the Navy and is now living in San Diego going to school for photography. Her pictures are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen and she shares some of them with the world on this blog. Her beautiful family and friends are often her subjects and she really captures moments of pure joy and of tranquil peace. Y'all should hire her now before she gets super famous, which she is bound to be.
Stuart: Interlocking Systems of Equality I've talked about Stuart before in my support for one of my favorite people post. Stuart went on the Equality Ride earlier this year and he documented his journey in this blog. It is heartbreaking to read of the intolerance and hatred shown to him and his crew, but it is also inspiring and hopeful when they made breakthroughs at their stops across the country. He doesn't update much, especially since the ride ended last spring, but I still encourage everyone to read it.
Brittney: Sand Dollars & Sunflowers Brittney was my dorm roommate freshman year at SOU. I lost touch with her until last year when she found me through Facebook (you can find EVERYONE there, but that's another story). Last month she got married (to a guy I went to high school with and have other random connections to) and since her engagement she has documented her path to wedding happiness. I enjoyed reading about how she got great deals on wedding stuff and about her in general. I don't know if she will keep this blog up, but I'll stay tuned...
Stacey: Untitled...Forever and Always I have known Stacey for years and years and years. Our mothers are besties so that made us playmates by default. She is now a child and family therapist living in Portland and shares her adventures in this blog. I enjoy checking in from time to time to see what she is up to since now we are not playing together just because our moms make us.
So, there are some more blogs that I encourage everyone to check out. If you are reading any good blogs that you think I should read and give a shout-out to or if you yourself are writing and I didn't mention it here, LET ME KNOW! I can never read enough about my friends and hope that this encourages you to read more and to write!
