Yeah, that is what I'll be doing starting October 20. If my excitement didn't come through on the last post...I CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT TO START!
From what I've read about Jumpstart, they sound like a phenomenal organization that helps a population that could be so easily overlooked; pre-k children from under-privileged situations. I can't wait to work for them, to live in and explore Boston, to be an east-coaster, and to and to take this huge step in a new direction of my life. I am going to try to make the move to the right coast around the 13th of October so I can begin my adjustment to the city before I start work.
Oh, and I was told I do not have to be a Red Sox fan. That's good, because baseball is really boring anyway. What Boston or New England sport/team should I become a fan of? The University of Oregon Ducks already have their place in my college football heart, but I have no alligance to any other sport/team. Your thoughts?
